The TailWind story began in 2005 when we launched as a local tech shop specializing in cabling and networking solutions for corporations throughout the Twin Cities area. Before long, however, we realized many of our larger, multi-location customers also sought support for their in-house IT managers and telecom administrators. As the TailWind team grew, we continued to excel at helping businesses with geographically dispersed locations, and satisfying our customers’ needs by providing comprehensive support for voice and data services.
Month after month, our company continued to evolve. In 2007, TailWind expanded from a regional business to a national company, supporting enterprises throughout the U.S. and Canada.
